Muffins with Zucchini
- Muffins alle Zucchine

An appetizer for a fresh summer dinner.
Un antipasto per una fresca cena estiva.

Ingredients / Ingredienti x 6 muffins:

-Flour 100gr. (Farina 100gr.)
-Ricotta cheese 100gr. (Ricotta 100gr.)
-Zucchini 50gr. (Zucchine 50gr.)
-Milk 2 spoons (Latte 2 cucchiai)
-Butter 50gr. (Burro 50gr.)
-Baking powder for cakes teaspoons (Lievito in polvere per dolci 2 cucchiaini)
-Egg n. 1 (Uovo n. 1 intero)
-Sugar 2 spoons (Zucchero 2 cucchiai)
-Salt 1 pinch (Sale 1 pizzico)
